Forensic DNA is often used in the course of solving a crime, but it’s also useful in issues revolving around inheritance, relationship to a deceased person, infidelity and other cases of suspicion. We are highly skilled in this type of DNA collection and are aided by state-of-the-art technology. The lab we use, DNA Diagnostic Center (DDC) is accredited with the American Association of Blood Banks, or AABB. We’re proud of the expert assistance we can provide to our clients. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment. At SafeTest Solutions, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure efficient use of our resources and to accommodate all clients effectively, cancellations or rescheduling requests for individual appointments must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, and for group/corporate appointments at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations made within the required notice period will not incur any charges; however, cancellations made less than the required notice period will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling requests made within the required notice period will be accommodated without any additional fees. Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 5-7 business days.
